Abstract

There are many collective bargaining situations in school personnel administration where present techniques for teachers' preferences assessment are inadequate. This study applies an analytical technique from the field of market research called conjoint analysis to collective bargaining. Applications of conjoint analysis to research in other areas of school administration and educational policy, such as family choice, are also discussed.
