Abstract

Based on their award-winning entry in the national labor law writing competition, the authors present some eye-opening examples of the legal boundaries for partiality and other forms of arbitral misconduct. They then present a birds'-eye view of the modern relevant caselaw, followed by a recommendation of increased awareness of and attention to nonjudicial policing of the profession.
