Anthropic Erosion: An Example of the Holistic Approach
Thomas P. Huber
AbstractAnthropic erosion caused by human manipulation and interference with complex natural systems is becoming a devastating and chronic problem. One approach to understanding the real nature of the problem and possible solutions to it is a holistic analysis of all involved natural and socio-economic systems. A small scale example in an exurban mountain setting is studied to show how this approach might work.
