Abstract

This study focused on the satisfaction level of secondary teachers who have experienced the process of collective bargaining for varying lengths of time. Also, major contractual factors contributing to the teachers' level of satisfaction were explored. Results indicated that as the bargaining process matures from its early years to the point where teachers have bargained for more than ten years, teacher satisfaction appears more positive.
