Abstract
Attitudes of educators and others toward labor and management are examined. Responses from a geographically distributed population are reported with an analysis of differences and similarities in attitudes when regions, gender, and position categories and compared. These were more similarities than differences. Differences were not related to region. Females appeared to be less management-oriented than males. Some differences were related to position categories, with managers outside of educational settings being the most management-oriented.This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License.
