Abstract
Developing a student evaluation of teaching system and managing the process, which is regulated by a collective bargaining agreement in a mid-sized state university, are chronicled. Due to the contractual nature of the process, a number of problems arose in the operation of the system, but their satisfactory resolution has been achieved. Success has depended on adequate staff and space, communication among students, faculty, and administrators, system integrity, and resiliency. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License.
