Abstract
A controlled economy and our collective bargaining process are incompatible. Labor relations under Nazi Germany and in the Soviet Union are compared to labor bargaining processes in this country, and several pertinent similarities noted. Repression, under the guise of compulsory arbitration and wage controls, is underway with the partial sanction of the unions. We must beware lest temporary controls become permanent controls and the freedom to bargain is lost. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License.
