Abstract

This study reports on the outcomes of grievance arbitrations at a large public employer in the Middle West from 1990 through March, 1993. It compares the results of these parties with national data as reported by the American Arbitration Association and the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. Substantial disparities were found.
