Abstract
This article describes some decisions of New York's Public Employment Relations Board that involve continuation or discontinuation of provisions of an expired contract during negotiation of a new contract. New York's "Triborough Amendment" is the operative law governing such circumstance, and it is being interpreted by the courts as cases arise. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License.
