Abstract

ANNOUNCEMENT A New Journal Editor for the Journal of Collective Negotiations in the Public Sector I am pleased to welcome Dr. David Dilts as Executive Editor of the Journal of Collective Negotiations in the Public Sector beginning with Volume 30, Issue 1. Dr. Dilts is a distinguished scholar and educator who has contributed much to the field of collective negotiations in the public sector. The Journal will be in very good hands, indeed.
