Abstract
The author argues that federal labor-relations legislation is not needed at this time, especially legislation patterned after the National Labor Relations Act in the private sector. The existing Executive order, with modification could serve to continue effective labor relations in the federal sector, provided both sides cooperate in the public interest. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License.
