Abstract

The article describes a survey of Pennsylvania State College faculty members' attitudes as they relate to selection of a bargaining agent. Party affiliation, political and campus activism, priority issues, and attitudes toward the role of teachers and teacher organization were explored. The survey results conformed to the results of the bargaining election held six months later.
