FACULTY WORK STOPPAGES IN POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION

Abstract
The authors of this article describe a study that investigated work stoppages in public and private institutions of higher education during the past decade. Analyzed were: type of institution, length of stoppage, reason for stoppage, faculty representation, geographical region in which stoppage took place, and the type of assistance, if any, used in resolving the dispute.This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License.
