Abstract
This paper describes three types of trilateral bargaining practices that allow third parties structural access to the collective bargaining process. It categorizes these practices as trilateral prebargaining practices, trilateral bargaining practices and trilateral post-bargaining practices. The author concludes that trilateral bargaining practices will not greatly disrupt the collective bargaining process. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License.
