Bringing information skills training to primary care
Abstract
In 2002, I was appointed as Training and Outreach Officer at Health Information East London (HIEL) to identify and meet the information training needs of staff in City and Hackney, Newham and Tower Hamlets Primary Care Trusts (PCTs). I then designed a training programme to meet those needs and this was evaluated in 2003.
