View from the front line: Does using the Internet make health professionals less efficient?
Abstract
The Internet is not a medium that automatically increases a health professional's efficiency. It has to be harnessed, the user has to be trained in its use and there have to be policies in place over acceptable and unacceptable use. So continue to use the online world to its maximum effectiveness and ask yourself, am I using this efficiently?
