Kaluzhnaya et al. 2001 makes an error in the accession numbers for strain 5B. AF307138, which is listed as the pmoA sequence, is actually the 16S rRNA sequence. AF307139, which is listed as the 16S rRNA sequence, is actually the pmoA sequence.
