Nomenclatural History
|
The genus Ruania was originally proposed and validly published by Gu et al. 2007. Schumann et al. published an emended description of this genus in 2021. Schumann et al. established this name as an earlier heterotypic synonym of
Haloactinobacterium Tang et al. 2010
in 2021.
