Nomenclatural History
The genus Wautersiella was originally proposed and validly published by Kämpfer et al. 2006. Zhang et al. transferred the members of this genus into (ex Prévot 1961) Vandamme et al. 1994 emend. Li et al. 2021 in 2014.
