Nomenclatural History	The species Actinosynnema pretiosum was originally described and validly published by Hasegawa et al. 1983. Nouioui et al. published an emended description of this species in 2018. In 1983, Hasegawa et al. reduced this species to the rank of subspecies to form Actinosynnema pretiosum pretiosum Hasegawa et al. 1983 .
