Nomenclatural History	The species Halomonas avicenniae was originally described and validly published by Soto-Ramírez et al. 2007. In 2009, Sánchez-Porro et al. established Halomonas avicenniae as the basonym of Kushneria avicenniae (Soto-Ramírez et al. 2007) Sánchez-Porro et al. 2009 .
