Nomenclatural History
The species Corynebacterium liquefaciens was originally described and validly published by Lanéelle et al. 1980. Lanéelle et al. formed this name in 1980 by placing the species Okabayashi and Masuo 1960 (Approved Lists 1980) into the genus Lehmann and Neumann 1896 (Approved Lists 1980) emend. Baek et al. 2018.
