Nomenclatural History	The species Campylobacter cryaerophila was originally described and validly published by Neill et al. 1985. Euzéby corrected this name from Campylobacter cryaerophila (sic) to Campylobacter cryaerophilus . Kiehlbauch et al. published an emended description of this species in 1991. In 1991, Vandamme et al. established Campylobacter cryaerophila as the basonym of Arcobacter cryaerophilus (Neill et al. 1985) Vandamme et al. 1991 .
