Nomenclatural History	The species Sphingopyxis marina was originally described and validly published by Kim et al. 2008. In 2013, Jogler et al. established Sphingopyxis marina as the basonym of Sphingorhabdus marina (Kim et al. 2008) Jogler et al. 2013 emend. Hördt et al. 2020 .
