Nomenclatural History
The species Chryseobacterium koreense was originally described and validly published by Kämpfer et al. 2009. Hahnke et al. published an emended description of this species in 2016. Kämpfer et al. formed this name in 2009 by placing the species Kim et al. 2004 into the genus Vandamme et al. 1994 emend. Heidler von Heilborn et al. 2022.
