Nomenclatural History
|
The family Actinoplanaceae was originally proposed by Couch 1955. This name appeared on the Approved Lists of Bacterial Names 1980. Zhi et al. transferred the members of this family into
Micromonosporaceae Krasil'nikov 1938 (Approved Lists 1980) emend. Nouioui et al. 2018
in 2009.
Zhi et al. transferred the nomenclatural type to the family Micromonosporaceae.
