Nomenclatural History	The species Pararhizobium capsulatum was originally described by Mousavi et al. 2015. This name became validly published when it appeared on Validation List No. 172 in 2016. Mousavi et al. formed this name in 2015 by placing the species Blastobacter capsulatus Hirsch and Müller 1986 into the genus Pararhizobium Mousavi et al. 2016.
