Nomenclatural History
|
The species Glutamicibacter mysorens was originally described and validly published by Busse 2016. Nouioui et al. published an emended description of this species in 2018. Busse formed this name in 2016 by placing the species
Arthrobacter mysorens Nand and Rao 1972 (Approved Lists 1980)
into the genus Glutamicibacter Busse 2016. Deb et al. established this name as a later heterotypic synonym of
Glutamicibacter nicotianae (Giovannozzi-Sermanni 1959) Busse 2016 emend. Deb et al. 2020
in 2020.
