Nomenclatural History
The species Chryseobacterium psychrotolerans was originally described by Hahnke et al. 2016. This name became validly published when it appeared on Validation List No. 175 in 2017. Hahnke et al. formed this name in 2016 by placing the species Ge et al. 2015 into the genus Vandamme et al. 1994 emend. Heidler von Heilborn et al. 2022.
