Nomenclatural History
The species Bacillus ciccensis was originally described and validly published by Liu et al. 2017. In 2020, Gupta et al. established as the basonym of (Liu et al. 2017) Gupta et al. 2020 . Guo et al. established this name as a later heterotypic synonym of (Liu et al. 2015) Patel and Gupta 2020 emend. Guo et al. 2021 in 2021.
