Nomenclatural History	The species Amycolatopsis arida was originally described by Nouioui et al. 2018. This name became validly published when it appeared on Validation List No. 184 in 2018. Nouioui et al. formed this name in 2018 by placing the species Yuhushiella deserti Mao et al. 2011 into the genus Amycolatopsis Lechevalier et al. 1986 emend. Nouioui et al. 2018.
