Nomenclatural History	The species Micromonospora zingiberis was originally described and validly published by Kuncharoen et al. 2019. Kuncharoen et al. formed this name in 2019 by placing the species Jishengella zingiberis Thawai et al. 2018 into the genus Micromonospora Ørskov 1923 (Approved Lists 1980) emend. Nouioui et al. 2018.
