Nomenclatural History	The subspecies Flavobacterium johnsoniae johnsoniae was originally described by García-López et al. 2019. This name became validly published when it appeared on Validation List No. 193 in 2020. In 2019, García-López et al. reduced Flavobacterium johnsoniae (Stanier 1947) Bernardet et al. 1996 emend. Chen et al. 2013 to the rank of subspecies.
