Nomenclatural History
The species Nonomuraea phyllanthi was originally described by Klykleung et al. 2020. This name became validly published when it appeared on Validation List No. 193 in 2020. Wu et al. published an emended description of this species in 2021. Wu et al. established this name as an earlier heterotypic synonym of Ou et al. 2020 in 2021.
