Nomenclatural History	The species Neoroseomonas lacus was originally described by Rai et al. 2021. This name became validly published when it appeared on Validation List No. 203 in 2022. Rai et al. formed this name in 2021 by placing the species Roseomonas lacus Jiang et al. 2006 emend. Hördt et al. 2020 into the genus Neoroseomonas Rai et al. 2022.
