Nomenclatural History
The species Nocardiopsis prasina was originally described and validly published by Yassin et al. 1997. Nouioui et al. published an emended description of this species in 2018. Yassin et al. elevated the subspecies corrig. (Miyashita et al. 1984) Grund and Kroppenstedt 1990 to the rank of species to form this name in 1997.
