Nomenclatural History
The species Actinomadura echinospora was originally described by Kroppenstedt et al. 1990. This name became validly published when it appeared on Validation List No. 36 in 1991. Kroppenstedt et al. formed this name in 1990 by placing the species Nonomura and Ohara 1971 (Approved Lists 1980) into the genus Lechevalier and Lechevalier 1970 (Approved Lists 1980) emend. Zhao et al. 2015. In 2018, Nouioui et al. established as the basonym of (Nonomura and Ohara 1971) Nouioui et al. 2018 .
