Nomenclatural History
|
The species Flavobacterium yabuuchiae was originally described and validly published by Holmes et al. 1988. Takeuchi and Yokota established this name as a later heterotypic synonym of
Sphingobacterium spiritivorum (Holmes et al. 1982) Yabuuchi et al. 1983 emend. Lai et al. 2016
in 1992.
