Nomenclatural History
|
The genus Lacinutrix was originally proposed and validly published by Bowman and Nichols 2005. Yi et al. published an emended description of this genus in 2012. Subsequent emendations were proposed by Srinivas et al. in 2013, Lee et al. in 2014, Nedashkovskaya et al. in 2016 and Nedashkovskaya et al. in 2008. Nedashkovskaya et al. transferred the members of
Flavirhabdus Shakeela et al. 2015
into this genus in 2016.
