Nomenclatural History	The species Romboutsia lituseburensis was originally described and validly published by Gerritsen et al. 2014. Gerritsen et al. formed this name in 2014 by placing the species Clostridium lituseburense (LaPlanche and Saissac 1948) McClung and McCoy 1957 (Approved Lists 1980) into the genus Romboutsia Gerritsen et al. 2014 emend. Wang et al. 2015.
