Nomenclatural History	The species Tritonibacter mobilis was originally described by Hördt et al. 2020. This name became validly published when it appeared on Validation List No. 194 in 2020. In 2020, Hördt et al. reduced this species to the rank of subspecies to form Tritonibacter mobilis mobilis (Muramatsu et al. 2007) Hördt et al. 2020 . Hördt et al. formed this name in 2020 by placing the species Ruegeria mobilis Muramatsu et al. 2007 emend. Vandecandelaere et al. 2008 into the genus Tritonibacter Klotz et al. 2018 emend. Liang et al. 2021.
