Nomenclatural History	The species Laceyella sacchari was originally described and validly published by Yoon et al. 2005. Jiang et al. published an emended description of this species in 2019. Yoon et al. formed this name in 2005 by placing the species Thermoactinomyces sacchari Lacey 1971 (Approved Lists 1980) into the genus Laceyella Yoon et al. 2005.
