Nomenclatural History
|
The genus Ktedonobacter was originally proposed by Cavaletti et al. 2006. This name became validly published when it appeared on Validation List No. 114 in 2007. Upon validation, this name was corrected from Ktedobacter (sic) to Ktedonobacter . Wang et al. published an emended description of this genus in 2019. A subsequent emendation was proposed by Yabe et al. in 2021.
